Iron Throne Renovations LLC provides restoration, remediation, mitigation, demolition, reconstruction, renovation, and related services for residential and commercial properties throughout the state of Florida.

By using this website, requesting services, submitting contact forms, approving estimates, signing work authorizations, assignments, invoices, or agreements, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Iron Throne Renovations LLC agrees to perform the scope of work outlined within approved estimates, work authorizations, proposals, invoices, or related project documentation. Any supplemental work, modifications, upgrades, code-required changes, or additions requested by the Client must be approved in writing prior to commencement of additional work.

Our services may include water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke restoration, demolition, reconstruction, drying services, odor removal, cleaning, repairs, and renovation-related work. The Client understands that restoration and mitigation projects may require removal of affected materials, temporary containment, drying equipment, demolition, and other necessary procedures to properly restore the property.

All work performed by Iron Throne Renovations LLC is limited to damaged or designated work areas only and is completed in a like-kind and quality manner based on industry standards. Construction and restoration work may result in minor variations in texture, finish, color, or appearance, and perfect manufacturing-style finishes cannot be guaranteed.

Project timelines may vary due to weather conditions, material availability, inspections, permitting delays, insurance-related delays, hidden damages, hazardous conditions, scheduling conflicts, or circumstances outside of the Contractor’s control. The Client agrees to provide safe and continuous access to the property during the project.

The Client agrees to make payment for all approved work performed by Iron Throne Renovations LLC in accordance with provided estimates, invoices, supplements, or agreements. Payment terms, deposits, progress payments, and final balances shall be outlined within project documentation. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of work, interest charges, collection costs, attorney’s fees, or lien rights permitted under Florida law.

Iron Throne Renovations LLC provides a limited workmanship warranty on qualifying completed work, subject to full payment and project terms. Manufacturer warranties on products and materials remain subject to the original manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

The Client acknowledges that hazardous conditions including mold, asbestos, lead, water intrusion, structural instability, microbial growth, or environmental contaminants may exist within damaged properties. Iron Throne Renovations LLC reserves the right to halt work if unsafe or hazardous conditions are discovered.

Iron Throne Renovations LLC shall not be held responsible for delays, hidden conditions, pre-existing damages, insurance claim decisions, loss of use, indirect damages, or conditions beyond its reasonable control.

Any disputes arising from services provided by Iron Throne Renovations LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Iron Throne Renovations LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
